Spinnfluer
Fluefiske gjøres vanligvis med en egen fluestang, men ønsker du å fiske med flue og bare har en vanlig spinnstang eller haspelstang, kan du bruke spinnflue eller kastflue. Det krever litt teknikk og går ut på at du kaster ut, sveiver inn et par–tre omdreininger og deretter lar fluen synke litt. Arter som ofte tas med kastflue er gjedde, laks og regnbueørret.
